Nicole jumped into Corporate America directly after graduating from Ohio State University. After finding herself on the fast track with a Fortune 50 company, she realized that she wanted more out of life and work. Her need was to be part of a progressive, human-centered culture. Since leaving her corporate job, Nicole vowed to play a key leadership role for her fellow Millennials by living her purpose. Her goal is to empower individuals to make the changes necessary to live a more fulfilling life.
